1. What does Caffeine Group do?
The short answer is "We are a marketing company." We call ourselves "Marketing Investment Strategists" because we believe that marketing should be treated like an investment not an expense. Our clients invest in marketing and its our job to make sure they see as big a return on the investment as possible.

Under the umbrella of marketing we provide our clients with websites, photography, video and do a great deal of brand development and design. We create marketing campaigns which can include web mediums, newspaper ads as well as community events.

2. What size of companies does Caffeine Group help?
The majority of our clients are small to medium sized companies. Over the years we have provided services to a couple of companies worth billions of dollars, many companies with a million dollars and up in sales and then small startups with no sales.

3. What is your criteria for who you work with?
As stated above, we work with all sizes of companies. The common thread is that our clients understand that marketing is an important part of their overall business plan and is an investment that should grow their respective businesses. Our clients all provide something that is needed and has potential to grow. Our clients are also typically very customer orientated and thus are willing to do what it takes to ensure their customers are happy.

4. What types of companies does Caffeine Group work with?
We work with all types including Doctors, Retail Stores, Industrial Manufacturers, Retail Manufacturers, Banks, Sport Groups & Events, Banks, Financial Services Companies, Services Companies, Tech Firms and more. We don't believe we serve our clients best by focusing on one industry. Instead we have chosen on specialization in specific aspects of marketing and bringing those skills to a wide variety of industries. We believe that different industries do different things well and one of our core strengths is to introduce something that is commonplace and proven effective in one industry to another industry where it is not prevalent.

5. What does a website cost?
We don't believe a website should cost you anything. We believe that you need to invest enough money so that you start to see a return on the investment. We don't build websites for clients if we don't think the website will make them all their money back and then some. Initial investment can range from $1500 to $100,000 depending on the size and scope of your project. Call us and we can give you a pretty good idea what you should invest.

Our team members are scattered throughout Canada and the US. Technology allows us to make use of talented people no matter where they might be. On the client side we have clients in both Canada and the US. We have found that our expertise is relevant throughout North America. And just as the smartest people don't all live in one area, interesting clients and products are all over the world.
