Ben Hyatt launched his first marketing agency, Caffeine Advertising Corporation, in Edmonton, Canada, right out of college after spending a year in Tokyo, Japan. While in Tokyo, he developed the company’s business plan during evenings spent in coffee shops—an experience that inspired the agency’s name. He later moved to Atlanta, GA, where he founded a video production studio and marketing firm specializing in sports, medicine, and community events.

In 2009, Ben founded his first tech start-up and relocated to California, immersing himself in the vibrant start-up culture. This led to roles as head of marketing at other tech companies, where he played a pivotal role in fundraising and achieving a successful exit. Next, he took on a role leading marketing for a global pharmaceutical company, where he was instrumental in growing sales 12x, reaching hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue.

A desire for variety and to have a bigger impact on the world led Ben to return to his roots in 2024, founding Caffeine Group. The company is structured to leverage Ben's wealth of experience across industries, his expertise in marketing, and his background in fundraising and starting companies. His passion for innovation and storytelling drives the company’s mission to bring exciting concepts, products, and services to market.
